Last year, new No Child Left Behind legislation required that we update the entire district with a census, using the form below.  We must have a form on file for every student enrolled in our district.  Once we have your son's/daughter's form on file, we won't have to ask for it again.  The form satisfies the NCLB requirement for the entire time a student is in the district. 

Please fill out the form as soon as possible and send or deliver it to the East Lansing High School office.  Thank you for your cooperation.
